Article Processing Charge

The Contemporary Life Science Research (CLSR) is an entirely open access journal where all articles that appear in it are accessible to readers free of charge. The publication model adopted by CLSR allows for the widespread distribution of scientific information.

For facilitating the publication process, an Article Processing Charge (APC) applies to manuscripts accepted for publication. APC will assist in covering various services in the publication process, which include but are not limited to manuscript handling, peer review management, editing, typesetting, online publication, website hosting, and digital archiving.

No submission charges and no peer review charges apply. The author will be expected to pay the Article Processing Charges (APC) only if the manuscript has passed the peer review process and is accepted for publication.

The journal is dedicated to complete transparency in the journal’s fee policy for authors. The decision of acceptance or rejection of a manuscript is solely determined by its scientific merit, originality, and relevance. It is not dependent in any way on the publication fee. Any author requiring a waiver on the APC can request it.
